SHOP POLICIES

PAYMENT
All orders are processed through an external payment system.
The customer may choose the preferred method of payment at checkout page, including bank cards, PayPal, wire transfers and other payment methods.
Once the payment is done, the customer receives an email confirmation of the order.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are shipped within
3-8 weeks after the order placement.
Custom orders may take longer depending on the nature of the order and the exact time is agreed upon with the customer. If you have an inquiry about a custom order, please contact us and we'll provide the approximate processing times.
DELIVERY
Depending on your location, it may take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks for the packages to be delivered.
All packages are shipped with international post and are delivered to the customer by the local postal service of their country.
For upgraded express shipping, please contact the store, we'll provide more information about the time and price of such delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the fact that every item in our store is custom made, no refunds or returns are accepted if:

- the package is lost by a postal service;
- the item inside the package is damaged by shipping carriers;
- you want to cancel the order later than 24 hours after the purchase;
- the package was shipped on time but is late and doesn't arrive by desired date; there may be delays caused by postal and customs services that we cannot control;
- the color of the item is wrong; please choose the item carefully before placing the order, contact the shop before placing the order to get more pictures or samples of the product;
- the length / size of the item is wrong; please do the measurements before the order and contact the shop for more detailed information about the product or if you need help deciding the length / size of the item;
- the order is custom made;
- the production and shipment date was rushed (either with the extra rush fee or by agreeing in writing);
- the parcel was delivered with a notice and the customer didn’t pick it up, in that case it will be returned to sender in 30 days and we can send it back if the customer covers extra shipping cost.

Cancellations are accepted within 24h after the purchase with a 4.5% cancellation fee.
PRIVACY POLICY
To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order for example), if you contact us directly.

We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

- as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
- when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
- as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. We use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services.

Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. We describe these rights below:

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) We will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
